Starting from the starting and finishing line (indoor swimming pool) the track leads over flat meadows to the first crossing point ("Neuwieben"). Then you follow the track left, pass through a small forest up to "Stelzerbrücke" bridge (uphill) and further
"Sweat track"
10 km, degree of difficulty: easy
Starting from the starting and finishing line (indoor swimming pool) up to "Au" (Fohlenhof). There you follow the track always straight via "Schwendt" towards "Rossau". From there you turn right and walk back - via "Flecken" - to the starting point (indoor swimming pool)
"Heavy sweat track"
12 km, degree of difficulty: easy/medium
Starting from the starting and finishing line (indoor swimming pool) up to "Au" (Fohlenhof). Ther you turn left into the "Weißleiten" bend and left again via "Schwendt" towards "Rossau". From there turn right and run back - via "Flecken" to the starting point (indoor swimming pool).
